Installation Instructions

  1. Copy the Microsoft® Silverlight™ object tag for the tool above and include in your website.
  2. Each partner tool has a schedule assessment URL. When users click Schedule Assessment in a partner tool, they will be directed to the page you specify. Insert the schedule assessment URL by replacing the current text in the markup, [enter your assessment page URL here], with your fully qualified URL.

  3. Once you have entered the schedule assessment URL, you can collect the values that users selected in the partner tool. Generally, the values passed in the URL are the inputs and outputs of the tool. The values will appear as query parameters in the URL. The available parameters for this tool are:

  4. On your Schedule Assessment page, insert a contact name, phone number or e-mail address or other relevant information.
